Opening exhibition of cultural forms of traditional southern village
37 Anniversary of the Liberation of South Vietnam, unification, 10 years of implementation of Resolution 21 of the Politburo on building and developing the Mekong River Delta, 2001 - 2010 Exhibition opening - Society Fair achievements 10 years of construction and development of the Mekong Delta, on 27/4, the Southwest Steering Committee organized the inaugural exhibition of this kind of traditional village culture of ethnic Kinh 4 - States - Cham - Khmer the southern region.
The exhibition was attended by 16 traditional villages of ethnic Kinh 4 - States - Cham - Khmer southern regions such as villages knitting, weaving village hyacinth (Can Tho), Yen Dinh village projection (Dong tower), village handicrafts from coconut (Ben Tre), village handicraft Bamboo cotton (An Giang), wood carving village (Dong Nai) ...
The exhibition aims to strengthen, enhance cultural values and history of the southern villages; and affirms the role and place of traditional handicrafts, rural industries for the economic development - culture - society of the Mekong Delta. Thereby, honoring artisans, craftsmen, and boost advertising and introducing unique products, crafted, created from the talented hands, drawn from the artist's soul Economics - States - Cham-Khmer, contributing to strengthening unity bloc nations Vietnam. The exhibition is also an opportunity to preserve and develop the traditional craft of Kinh 4 - States - Cham - Khmer, thereby promoting promotion, product launch craft traditions of the peoples of the Mekong Delta regions in both national and international.
The exhibition is open until the end of the day, 30/4 at Expo Center achievements 10 years of construction and development of the Mekong Delta, southern urban areas, Cai Rang district, Can Tho city.
