The Standing Committee of the National Assembly Environmental Monitoring village in Bac Ninh

On 2/3, The mission of the National Assembly Standing Committee headed by Mr. Dang Vu Minh, member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairman of the Committee on Science - Technology and Environment of the National Assembly, head of delegation has working with Bac Ninh province on the implementation of policies and laws on environment in economic zones and craft villages in the province.
Through the exchange, discussion and field surveys, monitoring group 5 group agreed solution to perform well the task of environmental protection in the village in Bac Ninh. It's The legislation should define clear criteria detailed environmental assessment responsibilities of the parties involved ...; promote education and advocacy to enhance the sense of community, social protection of the environment; strategically rational planning of villages; strict implementation of the inspection, examination and sanction; secured funding.
Congressional oversight delegation appreciated the efforts of the province in the implementation of policies and laws on environment in economic zones and craft villages, and look forward to Bac Ninh province continues to perform better industrial development associated with environmental protection.
According to the report of the PPC, Bac Ninh province currently has 62 villages (32 traditional villages, 30 villages newly formed).
Due to historical, villages developed spontaneous, not planned to have been exposed many weaknesses in the protection of the environment and environmental pollution are on the rise, some where pollution was alarming.
